Black Wiimote and Nunchuk Review - Wii Controllers

wiimote nunchuk wii controllers review wiimote nunchuk wii controllers review wiimote nunchuk wii controllers review wiimote nunchuk wii controllers review

This item (sku.29592) includes a Wii Remote (with silicone protective and strap) and a Nunchuk controller, both come in boxes with a Japanese manual. The Wiimote are powered by 2 (two) AA batteries (not included) and has all functionalities that an original one.

Style

Besides these black Wii Remote and Nunchuk, Dealextreme also sales the white color version. If you are not interested in this kit, you can buy just the Wiimote or just the Nunchuk.

Price

For about $19 (nineteen) these are cheap Wii controllers. If you compare with good online stores, play-asia.com for instance, you will see prices around $35 + $25 + $3 (Wiimote, Nunchuk and silicone protective, respectively) without free shipping. Dealextreme and others websites offer free shipping, but usually it takes more days to arrive than paid shipment.

Build Quality

These controllers are like original ones, but with a cheap price. We tested the Wii controllers on the games Mario Kart, Wii Sports, Mario Galaxy and Mario Strikers Charged. The buttons, motion sensors, speaker, rumble pack and IR (infrared) receiver worked great. Sensibility worked equal to an original Wii controller.

We used these Wii controllers on a real Nintendo Wii and on a PC (using Dolphin emulator) together with 2 (two) others Wii controllers (originals). In both cases, the Wii Remotes worked great without any sync problem.

Some few users from Dealextreme forum said that they had problems with this product (some have managed to fix it), like an user who said that he brought 2 (two) items, but he just could synchronize one per time.

In general, almost everyone got satisfied with these Wii controllers, including us.

Usefulness

For Nintendo Wii owners, just buy the Wiimote and the Nunchuk and start enjoying your games. PC owners also can enjoy the Wii games using a Wiimote if they know how to connect a Wiimote on PC (they can also use a Wiimote on PC games). If you do not know, please read the instructions below.
